1. Introduction

These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the RKMB Branding Solutions website and the purchase of any products or services offered. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Quotations, Pricing, and Payment Terms

  • Validity of Quotes: All quotations are valid for the period specified on the quote (or 7 days if unspecified) and are subject to stock availability from our suppliers.

  • Deposits: To initiate any order or production, a non-refundable 75% deposit is strictly required. Work will not commence, and inventory will not be allocated, until proof of payment for the deposit is received and cleared.

  • Final Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the final delivery or dispatch of goods.

  • Pricing Discrepancies: We reserve the right to correct any typographical or pricing errors on quotations or invoices prior to order confirmation.

3. Order Processing, Artwork, and Proofing

  • Client Responsibilities: The client is solely responsible for supplying accurate vector artwork, branding specifications, and pantone colour codes.

  • Approval of Proofs: Digital mock-ups and proofs must be formally approved by the client in writing before mass production begins. RKMB Branding Solutions will not be held liable for any errors or omissions approved by the client on the final proof.

  • Production Timelines: Production lead times commence only after formal artwork approval and the reflection of the required deposit payment.

4. Delivery and Risk

  • Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but do not constitute a strict legal guarantee. We are not liable for courier delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Risk and Ownership: Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the client upon delivery or handover. Ownership of all goods remains with RKMB Branding Solutions until the purchase price has been paid in full.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Defects

  • Customized Goods: Because all corporate gifting, apparel, and merchandise are custom-branded to client specifications, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Defects or Discrepancies: Any claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Defective goods must be returned in their original packaging for inspection.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, RKMB Branding Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the products or services supplied, including loss of profits or business interruption.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
